Day 98
Despite going to sleep at almost 5 in the morning, I woke up pretty early. Must be because the bed wasn’t mine, slept at our parents’ because sister came home from a month-long work assignment so our ways are being disrupted for the weekend. Not that much though, we’re just basically sleeping in the other room l o l
Anyway, I don’t know. Just me being OC again, this thing I have with updating these quarantine entries in supposedly random days/numbers so it would seem interesting and not boring like it really is. And that is why it’s Day 98 after 90 l o l w t f
Thankful for the additional free day because our company has declared yesterday a holiday to commemorate Juneteenth and in support of our officemates who’s part of the black community from all over the world. Just need to say again that I really, really appreciate our management — the things it does for each and everyone of us, no matter how big or small, I mean, this treatment is something that I’m grateful for, and I value it, truly. So yay that’s two long weekends straight for me!

I love that Mama’s finding me to be someone she can share stories and secrets with, a confidant. Our conversations lately have become like those chats between girl friends, and though still giving my piece on certain situations, I’m glad that it’s with mama. Gahd, guess we’re really getting old l o l

Also, the transition to GCQ has allowed for some movement so I’m finally able to order food and stuff that gets my attention! Linking all the shops that I’ve been buying from in this page, for reference.
Loving everything so far, haven’t bought anything I didn’t like — whether it’s friend-owned or a shop that I found to be interesting on the internet. Supporting small businesses makes me happy and excited especially at this point, though I’m mostly driven by my hunger haha! Cookies were really that craving I’ve been wanting to satisfy for so long already and I’m happy to have found shops that sell good ones! Of course, the ube cheese pandesal was also intriguing and I’m lucky to have a friend who bakes like a pro! Shoutout to Lalamove and Mr. Speedy also for bridging the gaps from my home l o l
Outside food, it’s face masks that’s making me do fund transfers more than I should hihihi okay, thanks bye
